Nutri Bullet

Works great. Love it. You can grind up many different things. Produce, fruit, nuts, ice and many other things. Again we just love it. It's just what we were looking for. We have had this approximately one month and have made so many drinks. It makes them so fast. Very simple to clean.

Great for the first 6 months

Our Nutrabullet was awesome for the first 6 months. It created a whole new life style for our family. However after 6 months it stopped working efficiently. It is very hard to get the machine to turn on and blend now. I now have to push down with so much force in order for it to turn on. It is like the buttons are stuck.

Love it, so far!

I've had it about three weeks, and can feel the changes in myself. I live in Florida, and buy fresh produce at farmers markets every week. I bag up a kale/spinach/chard mix I get from Sams Club into eight individual ziplock bags. It varies according to what looks good at the farmers market from week to week, but I'll rough cut a couple carrots, a couple sticks of celery, a couple green onions (with the green), a seeded jalapeno or two, and a quarter bunch of cilantro, and put them into eight individual ziplocks. The kale/spinach/chard mix is kinda bitter, but the celery, onion, jalapeno and cilantro mask it and gives it a nice, sweet tex-mex kinda thing. I like it pretty well, so am always glad to have one. My goal is to make it as easy to eat healthy as it is to eat junk. I'll make up two in the evening as I'm washing dishes. I'll add a bag of greens, a bag of veggies and spring water and whizz it up, screw on a lid and put it in the fridge. The next morning, I'll take it out of the fridge, add a couple tablespoons of add-ins (like the Superboost and some flaxseed), whizz it up and drink it after I get back in the house from walking my dog around the block. I have some popsicles in the fridge made from bananas, a handful of berries and a little plain greek yogurt if I get the urge for something sweet. I've found that with my body getting nourishment from these whole raw foods, I don't crave junk and processed foods. Supper is usually a lean protein and a veggie and/or brown rice. I'm liking this new way of eating and feel it's something I can live with long term.

Works well

I bought this about a month ago. I was hesistant that the Pro would be heavy duty enough for what I wanted. But I didn't really want the expense of the RX. I have been pleasantly surprised. I wanted to be able to add nuts to my smoothies and this is grinding them up perfectly. But it is true what they say about adding enough liqued. As long as I do that, I am having no problems. I would recommend this unit.

Better than a Vitamixer

Actually, my wife and I think this 900 watt version does better than our Vitamixer! We don't use it every day. But, we use it a lot. We eat a lot of yogurt and berries in the afternoon. But, a lot of times we just throw some vegie's and berries and protein powder in the Nutribullet have ourselves an afternoon power drink! If I'm tired from blowing leaves for 2 hrs, my wife mixes me up a power drink, and I'm instantly revitalized!! Looks like the quality of this product is very good! So, we're happy we made the plunge and bought one of these! Keep up the good work!

Dissapointed

It's very hard to use. I don't know if I bought a "lemon" or what ! The more I used it the harder it was. Last time I used it ( last month) it just wouldn't turn on. Others in my family have tried to help . Can't seem to come up with an 800 number to call about this product.

Powerful!

I bought this blender specifically for travel. I wanted something relatively compact, but powerful to make protein shakes (with ice, water and protein powder) each morning. It blends it very well, the ice is pureed finely. Although it is heavy (because of the size of the motor), I find it to be worth it to give up some suitcase space for it. And it is super easy to use and very easy to clean. I have tried some other brands (Ninja) and they are a hassle to clean. This one is just 3 parts - the base, the cup and the top. I love this product!

Wish it worked longer than 3 months!

I bought this 3 months ago and unfortunately failed to register immediately upon purehashing. I've since lost my receipt and have a cool looking paperweight now since the motor burned out. Great while it worked but I would suggest registering immediately or buying an extend warranty. 3 months of making smoothies and it's toast. It should last longer!!!

How much power do you need?

How much power do you need to make a green smoothie was my question. I read the reviews on the Pro and decided to give it a try, that I could return it for the RX if it didn't make smoooth the greens I planned on incorporating, as the RX cost twice as much and I didn't need to make soup. Well you need THIS much. Greens obliterated, almonds dusted, the only thing that has a tiny bit remaining would be my goji berries. And I'm okay with that. I recommend this to people trying to incorporate more veggies into a healthy morning breakfast. I start my day of with four servings! :D My model was purchased in April 2016 and does not contain a removable gasket which seems to have been at issue in the past. Win.

Life Changing!

My husband and I have been eating "clean" for twenty years or so. We are heathy active working seniors. We have owned and loved our Vitamix for many years, but since we received the Nutribullet the Vitamix is used mostly for making soup. The cleanup is one, two, three. Done. A wonderful strong, amazing, health providing kitchen tool. It makes green smoothies in a minute. I always have frozen banana, pineapples, kale, spinach, I prepare myself and freeze in convenient freezer bags. I purchase organic berries at costcos and BJs . A smoothie is ready in a few minutes. I alway have ground flax, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and ground cocoa in my refrigerator. When my grandchildren come to visit, I make a heathy chocolate milkshake for them...To make two large serving, I put in the largest container a half a frozen banana, three heaping tablespoons of organic cocoa, three or four tablespoons cocoa crispies,( I use a brand called Mother's, it's more natural,) Fill the containers up to the fill line with one percent organic milk. Thick and child approved. My husband and I will do the same concoction with an addition of chia, hemp, flax, sometime all together sometimes separately. The Nutribullet has made getting a healthy smoothie together in minutes with absolutely no fuss, truly life changing. Highly recommend!
