I've only used mine for a month or so. I'm still working out how I will use it. I seem to have trouble putting enough fluid in with the frozen items because often I have to stop, shake or scrape the sides. I've enjoyed some great frozen fruit/veggie products from Walmart.

We bought the "Pro" because it's supposed to be stronger, it burned out after only 2 weeks and now just makes a humming sound. I think it burned out because of the frozen fruit we blend with it, perhaps a sticker or sheet in the blender saying what it can't blend? Also beware, cleaning the blades is incredibly difficult, they suggest using a bottle brush, but it just can't reach on the underside of the two closest blades to the casing. I end up trying to wedge a metal fork just right to scrape off the remaining bits to ensure it doesn't go rancid for the next blend.

I bought this about a month ago. I have a smaller unit as well, but I started making smoothies in batches and this puppy can take it. It's fast effective and easy to clean. The only downside is the large container could be a bit bigger, and I would like to be able to purchase additional large container. Also mine doesn't have a handle which makes it a little awkward to hold when it's full.

I was so excited to purchase this product, it was my Christmas gift. However the product did not work. In order to return it, the company required me to jump through many hoops. Fortunately, it was purchased through Amazon, so the return was easy. I purchased a Ninja Pro instead and love it. No hoops with this company.

I asked Santa for a NutriBullet Pro for Christmas. I guess I was a good enough boy last year because I got one. I am very impressed with the heavy-duty construction, and the powerful motor. I expect it to last a good while. It does not make as much noise as I expected either. It's very easy to use and clean. I'm enjoying the healthy smoothies.

Powerful and compact, perfect for making my daily smoothies. The motor can be a bit loud if your crushing ice and frozen frutti/veggies but the quality you get is great. The interchangeable lids and rims are great to have too. I have yet to make anything else besides smoothies but based on what I can see I think it’s would be great with sauces, salsa, almost anything.

Compact and convenient. However, it does not do well grinding ice. Most likely the blades are not positioned ideally or not long enough. If you want slushies/snowcone ice, you can pass on this. Also, the plastic cup is extremely hard to unscrew after mixing.

Great machine! Have had 2 of them. Glad I upgraded to the 900 watt motor, pulverizes seeds better. Several improvements could be made: 1. make it easier to remove seal for cleaning underneath. 2. Make the Fill line more distinct. 3. Even though I wipe around the edges if I have to rerun a batch, the 3 push down tabs have begun to stick requiring considerable pressure to engage motor. Apply electrical grade grease to inner working mechanism to prevent contamination and ensure free movement of tabs with minimal force.

The first morning I used the pro I was amazed with the speed of blending my unfrozen fruit for my smoothies. A few days later I prepped my fruit in the freezer thinking I would be able to just dump them in the bullet and baboom I would have a smoothie. To my surprise I had to shake it up a few times, stir the fruit with a spoon and add more liquid. Thats what I did with my regular $14.99 blender. Really dissappointed. but love the different cup sizes.

i love this product and use it daily, however, i have had to return and exchange it twice. it is not constructed for daily smoothie making use, in my opinion. blends great but user-ability is tricky. sometimes the lid feels secure and then it leaks, other times its hard to open. the parts also come off easily - they gray rubber ring in the blade and the white grippers in the base. resolve these issues and i could rate this product higher!
