In less than a year of weekly use the power tabs froze. No drink liquid was spilled into the tabs. Following customer services instructions on how to loosen the tabs we have to loosen up several power tabs frequently in order to use it. Looks like this is a common issue if you search the web about it. The NutriBullet PRO works great making smoothies when it's working properly. Will we get our $$ worth???

I have mostly used my Nutribullet for making fresh fruit smoothies. since it has gotten colder weather I am cooking more soups, some of which I want pureed. Last week I put some cooked squash (still a bit warm) with broth to puree and all of a sudden the contents of the container came leaking out from the bottom of the stand! all over my counters and what a mess. of course I did not know how to take it apart to clean it so I put it upside down on paper towels over night, and then right side up for another day. now I am afraid to use it. it is the $200 unit too! makes me mad.

We've had our Nutribullet about 2 months- loved how it blended our smoothies and ground coffee beans. Not so happy now that one of the activation pins is stuck and doesn't work! We spent a lot of money on this and now I have to figure out how to return it or exchange it for another. Not so happy at all.

I am on my second NutriBullet. ( I used the first one so much, the motor burned out!) I use it every day to make a green drink with breakfast and in between for snacks. I have a problem with my arthritis, though, and can't tighten the blade assembly enough. That leads to leaks while blending. Also, it's hard to get the assembly off after blending. The circumference is too large for me to get a good grip. Otherwise, it's better than my VitaMix because it uses smaller amounts and is easier to clean. Also, is there a way to get replacement rubber gaskets? Mine no longer sits snugly.

Loved my previous Bullet; this one - not so much. After a few weeks, the unit was difficult to get started because the container would not seat properly. After reading several reviews online, I found this was a very frequent problem and had a 'fix. You need to make sure the 3 plastic moveable parts in the processing unit still move. I keep a small screwdriver next to the Nutribullet to fix this almost every day. This should not happen so quickly or often. And... I haven't spilled liquid in the holes, so it seems to be a manufacturing defect. Wish I had purchased one of the older models.

I love the features of this Nutribullet Pro. It's extremely easy to use and liquifies all smoothie ingredients in seconds. There was 1 important issue that caused me a problem, until I figured out how to deal with it. It is Extremely important to only fill to or below the Fill Line and make sure you Really tighten very tight or the canister will leak during use.

I bought this almost a year ago. I watched all the info mercials and don't usually believe those things. I kept seeing and seeing them so finally went and bought one. It has been the best purchase ever. I've read the book that came with it and have been following some of it and mixing it up a little on my own. I've fought high numbers for triglyceride for years and been on medicine. After making shakes daily my numbers have gone down to a safe number and no more medicine.

I bought this blender as a gift for my mother in law. It worked great for about 3 months then it started smoking and stopped working. I inquired about a replacement through warranty but haven’t heard anything back. In conclusion I am unsatisfied with this product along with the company/ warranty.

I BOUGHT THIS OVER 3 MONTHS AGO AND ME AND MY HUSBAND AND I LOVE THIS AS NOW EVERY MORNING I MAKE US A BREAKFAST SMOOTHY WITH THE FOLLOWING, SPINICH, HALF A BANANA, BLUEBERRIES, FLEX OIL, CHI SEED, AND WHEY POTIEN,ALMOND MILK AND BLEND IT IN THE NUTRIBULLET AND IT TASTE GREAT AND NO SEED TASTE OR SPINCH TASTE AND WE ARE LOSING WEIGHT HAVING THIS EVERY DAY FOR BREAKFAST

This is my third NutriBullet. I drink 1'or 2 healthy shakes a day, every day. I got my first one when they first came out. I love this blender. It does a great job and does it quickly. It is easy to clean and operate. I will always have one in my kitchen. I have tried other blenders, but they don't compare.
