I have used this daily for 3-4 months. The motor is still going strong, and the cup I use hasn't broken either. Converts frozen veggies, fruit, nuts, & seeds into a healthy smoothie. Didn't give it a 5 because the gasket for the blade housing keeps coming out.

I must admit I was a bit worried to get the 900watt system due to recalls I'd read about. But its obvious those people were not following the instructions properly. As long as you have some liquid in there, it will run smoothly. I love having this in my kitchen. Smoothies are delicious. I know for years I have neglected to eat the daily recommended fruit/vegetable intake. Not even close. To achieve that this way is SO EASY! You will love it. The only reason I did not give full stars is because I wish the one "sippy" lid was better designed and that there were 2 of these provided instead of the solid lids. After using it a few times, the flip mechanism would not seal, or snap on tightly. Therefore a bumpy car ride made for a mess.

I bought this roughly 1 month ago. Love the power and all the extras it comes with. Only issue I have is sometimes I putrid on tight, put it on the base and start it then it leaks because the lid is lose. I have to tighten it so tight i can barely take it off after mixing.

I received my first NutriBullet as a gift. Unfortunately, the gasket came off. I had read that it is not to be removed, so I figured something was wrong. I took it back to Bed, Bath and Beyond (LOVE THAT PLACE!) and exchanged it for a new one. AGAIN, the gasket came off! Well, I just kept putting it back in and eventually I noticed it was not cleaning up well. Finally, the gasket came off while mixing, so the blades cut it in 1/2. Again I returned it to BB&B and am on my third one now. So far, it's working. I think I must have gotten a better model or maybe the problem was finally fixed? It's also quieter when it mixes, so I hope I finally have a keeper! I do love how well it blends frozen fruit! No chunks that won't fit up the straw like my blender used to do.

Blade broke inside and parts mixed in with drink. The part number was >PP<23-13-01. I had the item past the return period so into the trash it went. On the upside I didn't drink the parts but did lose a batch of blueberries. Up until that point it had worked great.

Was enjoying product with no problems, about twice a week, when at the 6 month mark I started having a hard time getting it to "start". When I go to push the cup/blade down on the base, nothing happens. I have to try about 10 tiny adjustments in angle to get the motor to start. Very frustrating.

I bought this to replace my old Nutribullet which I simply ran into the ground. I use mine every time sometimes twice. Anyway go t the Pro and did not expect it to be much different than the old one but I was wrong. It blends up everything super smooth, in a fraction of the time. I am sooooo happy I bought it!!!

Got my bullet 3 weeks ago and I really like it. I'm not a veggie eater,so it has made a big difference in my diet. I feel better-lost some weight... I jammed up on me one time-one of the 3 locking tabs got jammed and would no release. A pointy knife did the trick. I may have pushed it in too vigorously...

This is much touchier than the magic bullet, but does emulsify better. I always hold my breath a little bit each time I use this because this blender seems like it has to be treated just so or it will break very easily. For sure don't over fill. For sure don't leave it running too long, and for sure make sure there is enough liquid in there. I have been using it about a month and still have not thrown the box out that's how much I don't trust this thing to not just up and die on me.

It's a great little machine that doesn't take much space on your kitchen counter or shelf. It makes great tasting smoothies and it's easy to use. The good thing is all parts are replaceable if anything should go wrong. So far it has worked great for me. I love making my own smoothies every morning. I can't say anything bad about this machine. Don't go out and buy a $600 machine. This one is the one to buy.
