I previously owned the original nutribullet. After many years (4yrs maybe) of extensive use, it died. I decided to upgrade to the Pro simply because I could not imagine working out at the gym and not having a nutribullet to come home to. My only concern is, once you begin to use the machine, it begins to smell like something is burning. I am assuming this is because its new and maybe just burning of grease, or other, inside the motor.

We are on our 2nd Nutribullet Pro. The 1st one only lasted 6 -7 months being used every morning. Did all the troubleshooting, which worked one time. We were really happy when it did work. Hoping it was just a "lemon" we purchased a new one. So far it's working fantastic.

I fill to the maximum line, attach the extractor blade and tighten it as much as possible and it still leaks! When I have succeeded in tightening the extractor blade enough so that it does not leak I have great difficulty loosening the extractor blade. After leaking it is very difficult to clean the power base and I worry about the liquid going down the hole into the motor. Can't you provide an effective gasket that will seal and then allow easy removal after using the Nutribullet?

Excellent product with many different cups/mugs and an extra set of blades. I make a fruit smoothie every afternoon and this is the product to have. One caution: never fill the container above the MAX read on the containers. I even used a permanent marker to highlight this mark! Then make sure you have tightened the blades onto the container. Other than that you are ready to enjoy!

I love my new NutriBullet! As long as I put the right combination of food and liquid in there the first time, it's one and done. Also love that I don't have to transfer my smoothies to another dish to take them with me, although I always do because I prefer using my double-walled, insulated cups. :-) Glad I don't have to hold the cup down for the motor to work as I'm told that similar brands require this. I wish there was an easier way to clean spills in the top of the base. As a newbie, I didn't screw the lid on quite tightly enough on my first try, so there was spillage. Had to be creative to get it clean without damaging the unit. Otherwise, I love it!

I fell in love with my Nutri Bullet Pro from the word GO. I throw everything in it. Carrots, kale, spinach, oranges, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, whatever fruit/vegetable combo I have in my fridge, goes in it. And, it always makes for a nice smooth shake. Never clumpy. I've begun to lose a little weight from drinking the smoothies as well. When this one dies, I will be sure to invest in another.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas and she uses it every day. She is. Try happy with it up to this point. In the past few days it has been having some issues with it like it won't blend when it should be. We will see how it performs going forward.

I have had this for a little less than a month and it has been fantastic. There have only been a few days since I got it that i haven't made a smoothie in the morning. It is so much better than a blender because there is essentially no clean up for me in the morning other than the blade. It makes it super quick and easy to whip up a smoothie before work. It has really helped me to start my day off on the right foot with lots of healthy fruits, proteins, and greens. One of my flip top lids was chipped when I purchased the NutriBullet Pro and the customer services team was fantastic about sending me a replacement lid without any cost or hassle.

I’ve been a Neutra bullet owner for several years now. After my first one died recently, I went ahead and purchased a new one with a much better motor. My first one lasted me for four years. I use it almost every day. It’s the most incredibly quick little blender you to ever need. And especially for the price point.

I bought to replace a competing brand that "died" 9 months after purchase. It was pulse type with low capacity cup used once daily. I never put ice or anything harder than walnuts in it or overfilled it and one morning it smoked and died. I hope bullet lasts a long time. So far, it's great, easy with more capacity.
