I wish the controller was illuminated.  I am always struggling in the dark to find the right button to push.

The Roku seems to have a slow reaction time, the remote button sometimes you have to push it 2-3 times to get the mute button to work

Not backlit.  Unable to pair with tv, so still have to use two remotes.  Not much of an "Ultra" in my opinion.

Upgraded to the Roku Ultra. The earphones come in handy and they sound great. Bought it on sale, what a bargain.

We love our ROKUs. We have them on all of our tvs.

The only issue I found is entering email address. @ options  ie. @gmail.com , @hotmail.com etc.
Other than this, Roku is user friendly. Thank you

Wife got ours online. we like it so much she's thinking about dumping the satellite service we've had for over 20 years. Woo-Hoo Roku!

Easy to set up, easy to use.

The Roku, an outstanding purchase. I found lots of programming that I like and it works effectively every time I use it.

Great product with great features

I brought Roku ultra a month ago and volume, power buttons on the Roku remote stopped working after first week of purchase.

So far so good. Easy setup. Way easy to use. So many options on it to watch different programs. 
Will be buying a second one for my bedroom

First time user

The Roku ultra is much better than the regular Roku, the remote works a lot better, better video quality still very ease to use

Roku Ultra

Purchased the Ultra in Aug 2023 and this was an upgrade from a nearly 9 year old Roku 3.  The best part of the Ultra is the additional memory and it is faster, just not amazingly faster. The real problem I’ve had is with the remote. When I use a channel like YouTube and scroll right, it will often jump two or three to the right, forcing me to scroll one or two back left. Same happens with scrolling down. 

Roku replaced the remote and the new one lasted about a month before it too started with the same issues. I’ve went back to using my nine-year-old Roku remote with the Ultra and getting my TV remote out to control the volume. I will be buying a different streaming player and wish I could get a refund for this one.

Roku Ultra Might Be Great but Remote Is Terrible

this is my 2nd roku ultra. it's easy to set up. i like how you can use the ethernet adapter to upload my cpu or windows11 on my other cpu. i like the rechargeable battery (uses micro usb to charge) in the remote control provided. no MORE hunting for AA or AAA batteries.  i have this in my 2nd bedroom tv. the signal it picks up from the living room  xfinity router is good. i especially like the head phone 1/8" plug for quite listening. a small ear bud is provided, but i use my own apple ear bud that you plug in. they both sound great. it's worth the cost. obviously it uses roku app which gives you alot of options. thankyou again WM! happy customer.
