I like the Roku Ultra, very much.  The home page is very easy to navigate and I love the programming on the Roku channel

Picture is great, no more batteries for this one, rechargeable remote. Head phones are great as well.

I installed this over a month ago and haven't had any issues. The remote hasn't had to be recharged yet.

Love it!

Excellent so far. Remote is not working properly at this time. It makes 2-3 moves at a single button push. I will keep working to solve the issue.

Roku Ultra

The Roku Ultra worked out of the box as I expected.  Installation and set up was straight forward even for an old guy.

It works as I expected

My old Roku needed replacing so I bought the Ultra. It is stable, fast and my 4K TV has a better picture.

I'm happy with the purchase, it's fast and has greater features than the original, haven't seen any issues yet, so I'm happy

Faster and better features than the original

Roku has a cleaner interface and is much smoother than the fire stick. Roku also has more apps and options than the Apple TV.

It's improved our TV experience daily. We can connect to so many more channels that we enjoy viewing.

Works as advertised

It’s a great product. Enjoy the rechargeable batteries the voice activation just wish maybe like built in charger/dock?

Great for what it is!

Purchased model 4802 two weeks ago .  Tried to get it to work for 7 hours (including 1 hour on chat with a clueless support person).  Returned it and received a replacement unit.  Got this one working in 20 minutes but it sometimes freezes such that I have to unplug it from the power receptacle for about a minute then plug it back in and restart at the home menu.  Very irritating to say the least.  Would not buy again!!

Not reliable

this is my 2nd roku ultra. it's easy to set up. i like how you can use the ethernet adapter to upload my cpu or windows11 on my other cpu. i like the rechargeable battery (uses micro usb to charge) in the remote control provided. no MORE hunting for AA or AAA batteries.  i have this in my 2nd bedroom tv. the signal it picks up from the living room  xfinity router is good. i especially like the head phone 1/8" plug for quite listening. a small ear bud is provided, but i use my own apple ear bud that you plug in. they both sound great. it's worth the cost. obviously it uses roku app which gives you alot of options. thankyou again WM! happy customer.
