ROKU IS AWESOME! I don’t know why I did not purchase this sooner! I don’t have to pay for an expensive cable bill just to enjoy the shows I like!

Why didn’t I get Roku earlier!!!

I have to have Roku for my Internet provider.  I was told that this was the fastest...not sure if it's better than the previous Roku device I had.

Ididnot like the remote (operated poorly) of my previous Roku device. The Rpku Ultra remote operates much better.

Remote has a positive response when buttons presse

The only issue I found is entering email address. @ options  ie. @gmail.com , @hotmail.com etc.

Our first Roku was old and we had to reboot it a lot, so it was time for an upgrade. We really like the Roku ultra.

I purchased this 2 months ago because I was adding another tv. I love the earplugs and voice features. I am well pleased with my purchase.

Satisfied

We paid extra for the Roku Ultra because we wanted the hands free voice command functionality.  Unfortunately, the hands free voice command function does not work.  I spent a significant amount of time on an online chat to try to resolve the issue.  They sent a new remote, but the same problem occurs with the new remote.  I reached out to Roku customer support over a week ago and they have not responded.  I have been unable to find a way to actually talk with a human.  Very unhappy with this purchase and the lack of customer service from Roku.  Save your money and stick with the basic Roku Express.  I also recommend purchasing locally rather than through Roku online so that you can return the devise if it doesn’t work.

Hands free voice command function does not work

this is my 2nd roku ultra. it's easy to set up. i like how you can use the ethernet adapter to upload my cpu or windows11 on my other cpu. i like the rechargeable battery (uses micro usb to charge) in the remote control provided. no MORE hunting for AA or AAA batteries.  i have this in my 2nd bedroom tv. the signal it picks up from the living room  xfinity router is good. i especially like the head phone 1/8" plug for quite listening. a small ear bud is provided, but i use my own apple ear bud that you plug in. they both sound great. it's worth the cost. obviously it uses roku app which gives you alot of options. thankyou again WM! happy customer.
