The new Roku has fixed problems I had with the old one I had. It works faster and is much easier to use.

Just installed last week finally and it has run flawlessly. I think the best part is no longer having to change the batteries.

This was a replacement for a unit that I purchased a few years ago. I like that it is now rechargeable.

Like features on new models

Purchased two units to replace Dish.  ROKU works perfectly.  Got rid of three remotes.  Install was fast and easy.

I purchased my Roku a month ago. It is super fast and easy to operate. I really like that it has Bluetooth for my speaker and my earphones.

Outstanding features

I was never able to watch TV until I got my Roku . Now for the first time ever I can actually watch TV whenever I want at home and I love it !

So happy with Roku and streaming after too many years of overpaying for cable.  Easy to set up and use.  Highly recommend!

The 4802 doesn't work with AVRs and this is a known issue documented on Roku's own forums. It Doesn't play 4K HDR or Dolby Vision content and just reverts everything back to 1080. It isn't my receiver or connection as I used the same one (same cables/input) to connect my old Roku 4660 and it works fine - even in 4K HDR. This is a product for a very simple setup with nothing more than a simple soundbar. For anything else, the 4802 won't do the job.

Roku support has been somewhere between torture and comedy. I gave up trying to get my unit replaced after almost 8 hours on the phone.

Does Not Work With AVRs

this is my 2nd roku ultra. it's easy to set up. i like how you can use the ethernet adapter to upload my cpu or windows11 on my other cpu. i like the rechargeable battery (uses micro usb to charge) in the remote control provided. no MORE hunting for AA or AAA batteries.  i have this in my 2nd bedroom tv. the signal it picks up from the living room  xfinity router is good. i especially like the head phone 1/8" plug for quite listening. a small ear bud is provided, but i use my own apple ear bud that you plug in. they both sound great. it's worth the cost. obviously it uses roku app which gives you alot of options. thankyou again WM! happy customer.
