I bought this model to replace an older one. When we purchased a new Samsung OLED TV we would receive HDCP Errors with the older model. This model fixed the problem.

We upgraded to a newer Roku after over 10 years. The other one worked amazing! This one is great also. It's easier to maneuver. There are short cuts on the remote. Overall just a great user friendly product.

Purchased the Roku Ultra to replace a 7 year old Roku 3. The Ultra's performance is an order of magnitude better, Probably due to the improved WiFi hardware in the Ultra.

Bought this device because my 5 year old roku tv was dropping the internet connection every time I streamed anything. This device simply works like it is supposed to, I also use the private listening feature quite a bit.

I have had the Roku 4k+ unit for over a year without any problems. I have had this Roku Ultra a short time. It will stop responding and the only way to get I back working is to unplug the power cord and plug it back in.

Sams continues selling the outdated Roku model and making people think they are getting the latest and greatest. The model with headphones is outdated.
