I bought the Roku Ultra to upgrade my home theater to 4K. Easy hookup and improved my overall experience. Remote has voice response that I'm just getting used to. So far everything works well. No complaints.

I like that I don’t have to replace batteries every time I turn around. Surprised how long charge lasts. It also turns tv off after certain amount of time.

A friend had a Roku TV and I really liked the UI and ease of use along with the smart remote. I recently got a new TV and didn't like the UI and it wasn't as streamlined as Roku's so I picked up the Ultra and haven't looked back.

Don't use Roku for any subscriptions. I tried to sign up for an app and accidentally selected the annual option instead of the monthly and now they won't correct it. It was a simple mistake. Their customer service is terrible.

This new unit is so easy to use and now that we can charge the remote using a C to USB cable, the cake is topped off almost perfectly. Now, if we could access the closed captions separately for each service, it would be absolutely perfect.

This is the second one I bought and they both had problems with the same error message about diconnecting and reconnecting and changing inputs. Have to do this several times a week. I hope they issue software update.

Purchased the Roku Ultra to replace a 7 year old Roku 3. The Ultra's performance is an order of magnitude better, Probably due to the improved WiFi hardware in the Ultra.

Sound cuts in and out and is frequently inaudible. I need to unplug the Roku to get the issue to stop. Seems to occur when going to a streaming service that automatically previews selections.

Bought this device because my 5 year old roku tv was dropping the internet connection every time I streamed anything. This device simply works like it is supposed to, I also use the private listening feature quite a bit.

A great device for streaming various content from different providers. Easy to use and so far trouble free. Only thing that is missing is a micro SD card slot to expand storage capabilities.
