Have a 2017 Ultra been flawless entire time. New Ultra is a headache, turns itself on constantly, no setting makes it stop. Defeats “power savings”. Also needs to be restarted often as does & fast forward on video for few second bursts & no sound.

I love ROKU. It works so well in the rooms that have problems receiving my wireless connection. It is so user friendly I use the ROKU instead of the TV remote. Next tv I get will definitely have the built in ROKU

I have several Roku and the all work very good except the remote I have the one that I can plug in and charge and I was really good but Its but I can't turn my LG TV.

I couldn’t figure out why there was so much buffering going on. A friend of mine recommended that I try the most updated version of Roku streaming device. No doubt, the Ultra has fast speeds - zero buffering so far.

We bought this Roku model to replace an older one we had in our family room. We love it! The Dolby vision is awesome and everything we stream through it loads up super fast!

I HAVE TRIED (3) ROKU AND FIRE STIX ONLY (3 GENERATIONS), AND THIS NEW ROKU ULTRA IS THE BEST! SUPERIOR DISPLAY AND MUCH BETTER WIFI ACCESS (NO SPINNING WHEELS LOL). YOU WON'T BE DISSAPPOINTED.

There is a known issue with interpreting the colorspace flag in an MKV container that causes crazy colors in these apps. Roku refuses to fix this. Search the community forum for more info.

I bought this a month ago and it was easy for this 76 year old to install. What I like is how easy it is to access the streaming I subscribe to. Another benefit is no batteries! It will show me on the TV the battery level. This is worth purchasing.

Great device for streaming. Software update for Roku easy but consistently get message that remote pro 2 software update needed but system update doesn’t do it. This is a problem

Upgrade seems to be somewhat faster than my old one. I like the two buttons that you can program to your desired stations. Happy with the product and would purchase again.
