USA Version Contains Different Ingredients

Why are these filled with artificial food coloring? I'm sitting here with an actual package of Arnott's TimTam cookies brought home from a recent trip to visit family in Australia and, sure enough, the ingredients on the real product do not match these. TimTams sold in Australia cannot contain red dye 40 (which is made from petroleum) because Australia has banned it from cookies due to potential health concerns.
