too soft

I purchased this mattress on Saturday afternoon. This mattress offers great support, quality, and affordability. I am a side sleeper and find it very comfortable. I agree with other reviews about the firmness, but it's not like you're sleeping on a hard uncomfortable mattress.

This is more of a firm mattress, it is definitely not a medium. It is really hard on your back unless uou are used to sleeping on a firm mattress. It hurts my back so much that I find the couch way more comfortable to sleep on. I cannot recommend this product if you are looking for a medium mattress. Sams return policy is stricter than I realized so im unable to return it.

Do not buy a Serta mattress!! worst mattress company ever. the mattress had a hole around the pipping. it took several months of serta requesting photo's (one at a time). Why not ask for all the pics at one time. Sams set up a call with a supervisor. I took time off work for the supervisor to call and NO CALL. writing this is waisting my time

We researched reviews before deciding on a mattress. This one has amazing reviews, so we were excited to buy it to replace our old mattress that left us with back pain every morning. When this was delivered (we bought King size), it looked nice and well made. Very heavy. However, we've now owned it for a month and I'm regretting this SO MUCH. I haven't had a decent night of sleep since we bought it. I'm tired ALL THE TIME like I didn't sleep. It's HARD. I told my husband, it feels like I may as well be sleeping on a hard floor. But oddly, if you just sit on it, it sinks in. Also, sitting on the edge makes the edge get a dip VERY easily and it never fully recovers so the edges are all lumpy now, especially at the end of the bed. We will be upgrading to something better soon as I can't continue to sleep poorly on this thing for much longer.

Sam's Club buyers, beware! I ordered this mattress on January 7th, to be shipped because it was out of stock at the warehouse closest to my residence. Today is February 12th and I still have have not received the mattress because the shipping company that Serta uses is the WORST shipping company I have ever come across. They have rescheduled the delivery two and this needs to be looked into. This is the WORST customer experience I have had and I am also very disappointed with the response from Sam's Club.

This mattress is both comfortable and supportive.

Our grandson loves his new mattress! He is not child and loves how soft and firm his new mattress is! Yes I highly recommend this mattress!
