Comfortable Full Size Mattress

Needed a small bed for our guest room. They were tired of sleeping on blowups. Bought this Serta bed and all our guests have loved it so far. Says it’s very comfortable.

Uncomfortable after 4 months

This was purchased in August of 2023 (4 months ago) and it already is sagging where I lay. I've had to turn it already and again saggs where laid on. Killing my back & uncomfortable.

DO NOT TAKE OFF MATTRESS TAG!!!

I bought this mattress on January 28th 2024 and returned on March 4 2024 as it was separating on the top of the mattress. This mattress is in a 2nd home and was only used for 15 nights at most. Phoned Serta first and was told that I did not have it delivered so I had to return to store. Returned yesterday in store which took a hour because my husband had removed the tag & they will not accept return without the mattress tag. After speaking to several employees I looked in the mattress we were returning in the original packaging that I had kept and found the tag. Without the tag they were not going to refund my money and told me that I had to take the mattress with me. DO NOT TAKE TAG OFF THE MATTRESS UNTIL YOU ARE 100% SATISFIED. This should be expressed on the tag which is removable. TO NOT TAKE OFF THE MATTRESS TAG

It sounds like you were able to return your mattress for a refund, although we apologize for any inconvenience associated with this process. The manufacturing Law Tag should not be removed as it can void the Sleep Trial/warranty. This information should be included on the Tag itself as well as the Warranty Card provided with the mattress purchase, but we apologize if this was not the case.
