Tried Downy Fresh Protect for the first time and I am hooked! Worked great on all my active wear (no matter how humid and sweaty I got, my clothes smelled fresh!). Also tried it on my bed sheets ~ and it is wonderful! Kept them so fresh and clean smelling long after just detergent and fabric softener has done in the past. I definitely recommend giving this product a try! I tested my Downy Fresh Protect Beads for free, but all opinions are completely my own.

I really liked the Downey Fresh Protect Odor Shield! They were easy to use. I just threw them in my load of clothes and they came out smelling fresh and clean! I noticed it worked especially well on my towels and sheets! The scent stayed on for days.

The beads smelled amazing! My entire laundry room smelled great long after the wash was complete too! The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the package could not be easily opened; there wasn't a slit to assist with tearing it open. Using my teeth was not ideal. I love this product. I used it in the launder for my work clothes. Working in the food industry, I smell like the restaurant I work in and it's unpleasant having to smell like old food while running errands on my break or at work. Using this product has made me so much more confortable going out in my work clothes! I did receive this product as a complimentary sample.

So easy to use. I normally just toss these right into the downy ball and then throw it into the washer at the beginning of the wash cycle. The first time using the scent was a little too strong, so the next time I use about 1/3 less than the recommended. It worked out much better. The Downy in-wash order shield was extremely easy to use and the effects were long lasting. I shook the packet into my washer and then Downy did all the rest. I used it on my load of towels and wash clothes and despite the towels being folded up in my bathroom before I used them, when I unfolded them days later, they had a fresh scent. While the particular scent I was sent to try was a little too perfumy for my tastes, I did like the idea of the product and will be looking into purchasing another scent. Downy Fresh Protect is a canister of tiny discs. You fill the cap to the desired level and toss the discs straight into the washer bin with your clothes. It's not messy like using a liquid is. It works with front and top loading machines, standard and high efficiency. I have used the Downy Fresh quite often, and I think the smell lasts longer than using fabric softener. Previously, my towels would always come out of the dryer smelling moldy despite completely cleaning my washer and immediately putting the load into the dryer. It smells wonderful after using these though. If you haven't tried them and you're looking for fresher smelling clothes, give this a try!

I love the scent of this product! I received a complimentary sample to test and review in my Goddess Vox Box from Influenster. We are a family of 5 and I love how fresh our clothes smell after a wash. We also suffer from eczema and I was worried this product would cause an outbreak but it didn't! I normally don't use fabric softener in the wash, and with this product I noticed a huge difference in the feel of the clothes once dry. I plan on purchasing this product in the future.

I was a little skeptical about using these in the washer machine but they actually work great! They made our stinky gym clothes smell so much better and it's not an overpowering smell. Just fresh! I received this product for free to test but my opinions are my own.
