I am in love with the Downy Fresh Protect April Fresh beads. I not only use them on clothes but my bedding as well. I love how fresh they make my bedroom smell. I also love how the smell lasts for more than a few days. Although I received them for free to try, It doesn't influense my opinion on them. I have bought Downy in the past and will continue to do so in the future!

While this product did meet my needs and expectations, it is not something I would buy on a regular basis.If I were to buy the product, I feel it would sit on the shelf and collect dust as I do not often have clothes that have bad odors that my detergent cannot release.

So I already use Downy liquid fabric softener and that it self is AMAZING. So I received the Downy Fresh Protect April Fresh as a free product for testing services and so far so good! The smell is amazing. These remind of the Downy Unstoppables. I get really worried about these products fading my clothes. I am the person that follows the care instructions on each clothing items and my clothes lasts for years. So to sum it up great product, I'm glad I received 3 samples to really get to use it!

I love these Odor Shields! I use them in every load now. It is so wonderful for my laundry to keep smelling so very fresh. Ease of use was amazing and I actually enjoy doing laundry now! I received this product for no charge in exchange for my honest review.

I got a sample of this product from Influenster to review. I really loved the scent of these, they smelled divine, though very strong. I work in a fragrance free workplace so I can't use this on my scrubs and my husband wasn't keen on the idea of me using these on his clothes because of the scent. I washed my sheets and comforter and used these and my bed smells amazing! What a treat!

I discovered several reasons to have Downey's In-Wash Odor Shield beads on hand. I received three complimentary samples to test at an opportune time. I had finished washing a load of clothes and had put them in the dryer and then I started a second load forgetting to turn the dryer on. A family emergency came up because of this I completely forgot all about the clothes in the washer and dryer until two days later when I went to look for something to wear. If you've ever done this you know that even though you rewash the clothes there can be a leftover odor of mildew after drying them. I rewashed and dried both batches of clothes using the samples. I was very happy to find that in wearing the clothes there was no hint of a mildew odor present even though it was in 90s outside and I had just spent the day doing yard work for myself and my Dad's yard. I don't know if this was one of the reasons Downey came up with this product, but it certainly worked for me.

I recieved several samples of these April Fresh scent beads in the mail. I emptied an entire package into a load of laundry just like the directions stated, and the results were amazing! As soon as I walked into my laundry room to unload this load of laundry from the dryer, the scent was overwhelming - in a great way!! My clothes smell great and they continue to keep this awesome smell after wearing all day. Will definitey be purchasing this product. I recieved this product free for testing purposes but all opinions are my own!

First off I was nervous about using beads lol however, the smell stays locked in and it does not stain the cloths at all. I was most worried about having little wet beads leftove . Once my first load finished i was so impressed. The scent was wonderful and lasted on the cloths i hung up. You dont use a lot so a little goes a long way. I cant wait to sample more of these wonderful little beads that smell oh so good.

The April Fresh scent is amazing and stays in the clothes even throughout wear. I tend to wear my clothes a couple of times before I wash them and they stay smelling amazing until the next wash! I took a shirt to the ultimate test, my favorite Indian restaurant, and when I left I still smelled fresh and clean! That has NEVER happened before!

I don't think I've ever smelled a better fabric refresher. This Downy Fresh Protect smells absolutely amazing. Even my hard to please mother in law loves it. This is definitely going to be part of my daily laundry routine, especially with 3 little kids, a husband and 2 dogs that contribute to the less than pleasant laundry smells in my house. This Downy takes all those stinkies right out of my laundry. LOVE THIS!!
