I used to think that Tide with Fabreeze made my laundry smell great, but that was before I got ahold of Downy Fresh Protect April Fresh In-Wash Odor Shield! When I was putting the beads into the washer, all I smelled was this flowery, fresh smell! I was excited to see how well the scent held up once my laundry was dry. I took some clothes out that I let air dry, and put the rest into the dryer. When I walked back into the room I hung my wet clothes up in, the scent had filled the whole room! The clothes that were dried in the dryer held the sent really well, also! While wearing the clothes washed with Downy Fresh Protect April Fresh In-Wash Odor Shield, throughout the day I got whiffs of the wonderful smell - I even got complimented on it! Smells great , works great too. I used my complimentary smaple of this product provided by Influenster for testinf purposes on my entire bed set. With having pets i tend to wash things more often and wnjoy a clean smell when i snuggle in at night. This product left a great smell and is keeping my bed smelling pet free !

This odor shield is great. I love how it smells and made my clothes smell and feel fresher after washing them. All I had to do was add this in before washing clothes with my laundry detergent and got great smelling clothes at the end.I tested Downy Fresh Protect Beads for free, but all opinions are my own.

I am not much of fan of scented anything when I do my laundry. I like my clothes to smell like nothing, I do buy scentless detergents and sheets. Which the reason I stay away from fabric softener since it always has a scent. I did try these since it has order protection and when you like in desert like I do, you tend to sweat almost year around. I tried on my most used clothes, which are my gym and work clothes to see if they hold up to test. I was completely surprised that my clothes did not smell like sweat at all, throughout the day I kept taking quick sniffs of my work clothes and after a two hour training session still smelled like April fresh. You just shake the beads in your washer as you would normally add detergent and done. I would recommend this to anyone that needs 24 hour odor block but the only down side for me is the scent. If these come without a scent, I will buy. I tested your Downy Fresh Protect Beads for free, but all opinions are your own.

I received this product free in the mail to test it. I am so impressed by this product! As soon as you open the package you can smell the beads. They have a very strong but fresh clean smell to them! My husband is in the army so his uniform normally smells awful. These downy fresh protect beads really help keep his uniform smelling fresh all day long!

They really do make your laundry smell great and the clothes come out soft. The smell lasts for a little while into wear, then it fades. On my towels, the clean "I just came out of the laundry" smell lasted for days. Overall, for a great smell and feel of your clothes, this is a good product. For LONG lasting...I would go with Unstoppables.

These little Downy beads really do work. My grandson had an accident in his swim suit....and I didn't think anything would get the smell out. I threw the Downy in at the beginning of the wash cycle with the detergent and when I took them out....they smelled clean and fresh! Amazing stuff! They smell great too! I got these as a free sample for testing, but this is 100% my own opinion.

The scent is wonderful and makes my clothes smell great! I'm really happy that I was able to test this product for free through influenster! I absolutely love it and my opinion is my own. I am not paid to say this, but I would use this product all the time since I've tried it now!

I usually use liquid Downy but I received a few samples of the Fresh Protect* and gave them a try. I was a bit skeptical at first thinking they would just dissolve right away and not stick to the laundry. I used them on clothing and on linens. At the end of the day my clothes still smell fresh, even holding up through the summer heat and sweat. The towels that I washed with Fresh Protect still smelt fresh even after a few showers.
