This is a great product. It really helps with all the smelly teenager laundry I deal with. It leaves such a wonderful scent and lasts forever. I can't wait to try some of the other scents. Note: I received this product for free for my honest opinion. All thoughts are my own.

I received downy protect beads for free through influenster* all opinions are my own. I am currently training for a marathon and I live in gym clothes. We all know how yucky and stinky we can get after a workout. I tried these beads to keep my clothes smelling fresh after being washed. Some detergents and fabric softeners don't get rid of odor, only seem to mask it. But downy beads kept my clothes feeling soft and odor free :) will definitely purchase more

I am loving the April fresh scented beads downy is now offering! It cuts through odors like nothing I have ever seen and leaves my laundry feeling so unbelievably soft. I will definitely be purchasing more of the downy beads from now on. I've been very skeptical of this type of product since they began hitting the market. I haven't ever tried any on my own because they can be pricey on a college student budget and I didn't find them to be 100% necessary. I received a free sample of these inside my Influenster box (all opinions are my own) so I figured I would test them out on my most difficult clothing- old volleyball t-shirts that have absorbed gallons of sweat over the years. No matter how much soap I use or how often I wash them, they always have a musty smell to them. I tossed some of these scent beads in with a load of only old t-shirts to put them to the ultimate test. After drying, I was SHOCKED to see that they smelled like normal clothes should. While they didn't smell fresh as a daisy with a lingering scent, they got the icky scent out and that's all that matters to me. I have washed them since and they came out smelling the same- no musty smell to them. As I mentioned before I don't see myself buying these frequently as I don't really NEED them, but from time to time when something needs freshening I would definitely pick up a bottle of these little beads.

I received this product for free in return for an honest review. I had wanted to try Downy beads for awhile and was glad I was able to participate in this test. I received 3 packs of Downy beads. I used them a few days ago and really liked them. However, at first I was a bit confused about how to use them, because the package directions were a bit confusing. It said to empty packet into washer, but I missed the “empty” part and wasn't sure if I needed to cut the pack open or not. I put on my reader glasses and saw that I was supposed to cut the package and pour the beads into the wash. I would definitely recommend Downy beads.

I loved this product. I used it last night and I am already hooked, It is so simple to use you literally just dump it in like you would your soap and your clothes come out smelling better than ever! I have never used a scent booster before but now I dont think I could live without one,

I've been using Downy Fresh Protect on our linens for some time now because I love how fresh they keep the sheets and blankets even after weeks in the drawer. I've now used the April Fresh odor shield in a load of linens and a load of extremely stinky work clothes. Both loads came out smelling fresh and clean, and after a week in the drawer they are still crisp and clean. I received this product complimentary for testing purposes but all opinions are my own.

I wasn't sure I was going to like this, but oh my gosh! I love this product! Just throw the beads in with your clothes, and they come out smelling so fresh. Any foul smells can be completely erased with this product! Some of my clothes smell better than when I even bought them! I can't wait to buy more to keep as a staple in my laundry room! I was given these to try. I have to say I have been using a fragrance free detergent for a long time. I really missed the smell and freshness of Downy. These were wonderful and so easy. My towels washed and dryed as usual but days later i can still smell the freshness. I would use these again for sure. I tested my Downy Fresh Protect Beads for free, but all opinions are my own

The beads are easy to use and smell great! The scent is long lasting as well, made my whole drawer smell fresh and clean. This is another quality product from Downy. I received this product as part of a test group and for free. Definitely worth trying!!
