This toilet has a design flow or at least the one we got. The water bowl level was really low even at maximum adjustment from the tank overflow. This caused cleaning issues and 💩 to stick instead of being suspended in water and then flushed out. This is apparently an issue with a lot of the newer 1.6 Gal or lower flush capacity models. This toilet was replaced in less than a few weeks because of this issue with a Toto Entrance from a box store. Yes the replacement was double the price but at least it did what it's designed to do. I can't recommend against buying this Members Mark toilet enough.

Product is very solid and sturdy. Flushes well and have had no issues with flushing, waste being completely removed from commode. Everything was included with the exception of the floor flange, but the flange bolts, wax ring, etc were all included. My home is an older home and I did have to get a different length and size hose to fit my existing water supply line so keep that in mind before starting your project so you don't have to run to the parts store like I did. So happy with it going to buy another for my master bathroom and for my sister's house.

I purchased two of these toilets several yeas ago. the inside valves are now leaking water. There is a parts number given inside the lid that is not good anymore. Today I checked the new ones and it listed the same phone number. Beware, You will not be able to get parts. I am unable to locate my receipt after two years. Members Mark duel flush toilets.

Fantastic Value at $99

My city offers 50% rebate on the installation of WaterSense compliant appliances. The city checked with the EPA, and the EPA does NOT recognize this as WaterSense approved (I have an email directly from watersense@epa.gov rejecting this model #). I am reasonably satisfied with the toilet itself... primarily disappointed as I was expecting $150 rebate kickback (3 toilets @ $100, 50% rebate). The toilet is slightly taller than the three that they replaced. I'd guess the seat-to-floor height is ~17.25" (~1/2" taller than before).

Nice replacement. Quality piece at super price. Works well and looks good.
