i like this toilet better than the other ones from retail hardware stores. one flush. very efficient

We have no complaints on the one we bought a couple years back to replace an old small toilet. Going to get 2 for our new home.

Buying 2 more for new home

1. clogs and will not flush all the way.
2. dirty and will not slide off the sides.
3. dual flush cant tell a difference and seems the same!

would not buy again.

Everything in one box.

The toilet was previously sold and returned, the box had been opened and taped back up.  It had been delivered and they refused to pick it up.  I am a 75 yr old woman who couldn’t pick up an 80 lb toilet to get it in my car to return it.  I spent 40 minutes on the phone with customer service who tried to get the store manager on the phone and finally said they would look into this but never called me back.

SENT RETURNED TOILET

I actually purchased two of these and I’m so happy I did. My house needed some upgrades it’s over 30 years old. So we decided to upgrade our downstairs bathrooms first. At first I was worried because of the price but OMG these are wonderful. My family lives them also. They will be purchasing some for their homes in the very near future. Love the higher seat height. Especially for someone with bad knees. Also love the dual flush that save all kinds of water. Installation was pretty straight forward and took about 40 minutes for each install. You just can’t beat the price.
