this is a comfortable, high toilet with a soft close lid. I replaced mine almost three years ago. I bought mine at Sam's club and have been very happy with my choice. it has saved me tons of water as well.

purchased because it was supposed to be 1.6 gallons for the dual flush, but stamped on the toilet is 1.28. definitely not as advertised, nor what I thought I was buying. it was already installed when I realized this.

I was surprised when I got this toilet for the price I did. I had it installed and it works great. Now all of our toilets are chair height and convenient to use. I recommend it.

It worked fine for 2 or 3 years. But now it needs parts that plumbers can't find to replace leaking parts in the tank. 3 calls to the plumber with the 3rd resulting in throwing this toilet out and replacing it with a normal toilet.

I was excited to finally upgrade from the builder-grade rounded toilet in my house to this dual-flush elongated toilet. We saw it on sale at Sam’s Club and thought it was a great deal. Installation was straightforward — all the parts were included, and the manual made the process easy. For almost a year, it worked fine. But then I noticed a crack forming inside the toilet bowl, running from the other side all the way down. At first, I didn’t think much of it, but the crack kept growing wider and longer with each day. That was very disappointing — I had hoped this would be the last toilet I’d ever need to buy for this house. When I read reviews saying others are enjoying it, I can’t help but feel let down by my experience. Maybe mine was just a factory defect, but I would recommend checking yours carefully. I wish I could replace it with the same model, but instead I’ll likely be shopping for a different brand.
