I have bought 8 sets of these shelves for business, personal and school use. Every time I assemble them I think that the engineer that designed them is a genius because they go together so easy with no tools and are extremely sturdy yet move easily on the wheels. I bought them for our schools robotics team and they literally wheel supplies all over the school easily on these shelves. I use them at home in my pantry and in my basement storage. I use them at my office for file storage. They are great. The only caution that I have is that when they come the box is VERY heavy. I tried moving the box by myself and threw out my back. Definitely recommend to open the box and move the shelves to your desired location in pieces.

4 stars for the price and 3 stars for the quality. The quality has come down a bit. The chrome is rough, not smooth like racks purchased a few years ago. I just purchased 7 racks, and 3 had structural issues which made it hard to put together. Overall though I plan on buying more.

These shelves are excellent quality, packed very well, and arrived in a timely manner. We have several outbuildings with concrete floors and we are using them for moveable storage. We just received two more for use with grow lights to start plants indoors, for spring planting outdoors. We can roll them outdoors on good days and back in on snowy days. We would gladly recommend them to friends.

Need two people to put it together and double check alignment of the shelves as it is frustrating doing it by oneself. A rubber mallet is a must to hit the corners to slide down on the shelves' supports. However, being able to place the shelves the distance apart to hold various height containers is a big plus. When put together, the design gives good support to the shelves. It is very sturdy, easy to move, providing easy access to stored items. The finished product is great and worth 5 stars! I deducted a star for the difficulty in putting it together by oneself.

I love the product and have bought many over the years. Custom service staff was responsive. The company's customer service policy for missing parts is completely unacceptable. I was told I would receive the missing parts in a few days. After 7 days, the parts were not received and I was told the parts would be reshipped. I asked the parts be shipped overnight and they said that they didn't do that... Meanwhile, the assembly is incomplete and my room is still pulled apart.

Ordering the shelving was easy and it was delivered quickly. While the box was beaten up to the point of having broken open, all parts were present. I found that watching a YouTube video helpful in clarifying assembly. Once the unit was assembled I was impressed with its sturdiness. It is exactly as advertised and at a bargain price point. I will be buying a couple more.

Shelves are very heavy duty, should hold anything you have. BUT. The way the shelves "connect" to the corner posts is a cheap little plastic sleeve that clips into a tiny groove. Instructions say to whack the shelves into place with a rubber mallet--did that and around every 3rd one knocked the clip out of the groove, shelf slipped down, had to start all over again. Poor design and extremely frustrating.

Highly recommend! Simple instructions, easy to assemble without tools. Shelving units are strong, stable, sturdy and well made. Constructed one set into 2 shorter units, worked well, perfect heights and exactly as we hoped. Definitely getting 2 more, will use to organize garage!

This shelving came with all parts and easy to understand installation directions. A little tricky for 1 person but easy enough to put together, once the 1st shelf and wheels were together, by laying the unit down horizontal and sliding each individual shelf (one at a time) into the desired level, then standing it up again to secure with rubber mallet. Repeat for each level. I am 77 & female. The undersized wheels, as noted by previous reviews, is not a problem for the use intended (layering sweet potatoes to cure and keep through the winter.) However, if the use changes to carry more weight I think that upgrading the wheels or removing them and using the footed option would be desirable.

Purchased 4 of these shelves for my home canned foods and extended pantry in a spare room. My children and I put them together without any tools. Love how easily I can adjust the shelf height. We opted not to use the wheels. Make sure you review the weight per shelf without and with the wheels. With the wheels drops it from 600 pounds per shelf to 88 pounds.
