Not sure why the Members Mark shelving requires a small threaded connection, most of the others don't. Mine was likely a return, and had been cannabalized. Opened box, missing parts, even extra parts. I will say that working through the system, I was able to receive correct connections, rare.

These shelves are great, I wish they where still on the shelf at the store. They are built very well and are reasonably priced, I hope they don't get crazy with the ridiculous inflated pricing that's been going on for No REASON the past year. I wish they would come back with the similar 3' & corner shelves that use to be in the store, so I can offer them to my customers again for garage and pantry's. There are plenty of wire shelves on the market, but a lot are made poorly, these are made well, I know I've been using and installing wire shelving for nearly 40 years.

These 6-tier shelves are GREAT, but DO NOT order them online and have them shipped to you. I did three times and every time I got a damaged unit (smashed so badly that the poles wouldn't fit through the holes at the corners of the shelves, casters that were bent and would no longer swivel, etc.) and 2 of the 3 were missing parts because the cheap brown shipping boxes arrived with gaping holes at both ends. I have many identical units that I purchased at Sam's Club and the heavier full-color boxes available in the store are always in great condition (no damage inside and no missing parts).

Mostly happy with the shelving, but the threads where stripped/defective on two of the upper pole sections and it looks like the manufacturer is out of replacement poles. Structurally, the shelves are stable and strong, so I can still make use of the lower section using 3 shelves instead of the full set of 5 shelves.

This is the nicest and largest for the price that I've seen. I ordered one and was so pleased that I replaced another shelving unit I had with another one of these. These are taller and wider than any I had so the shelves hold so much more. The only thing I don't care for is the plastic pieces that cover the shelves. If you had cans or items that would fall through the wires then the plastic pieces would be good but every time I place something heavy on these, it pushes the plastic pieces out of the way.

Sturdy shelving units that were easy to put together. Love that you can adjust the shelf heights. We purchased three for our garage. I love that they have wheels—makes them easy to move and clean behind. We saw them in store, but ordered online and had them delivered since they were heavy and we didn’t have a vehicle suitable for transport. Excellent buy!

These are good shelves but almost every one arrived damaged. There is no protective packaging. The shelves are simply in a cardboard box and bang around during the trip which strips the finish and some were even bent. If you don't expect perfection these are good shelves. I've purshased about 10 of these. Maybe 1 or 2 arrived in good condition.

I was worried about putting these shelves together as I am a 73 yo woman. I had a small issue when first putting them together, but the company customer service solved that for me. The box arrived in terrible shape and was all taped up during transit. I was concerned about possible damage or missing parts. However, everything was fine. Holds alot of my things in the garage and keeps things neat. I really like the special shelf liners too! Overall, another great Sam's purchase at a great price.

This rack is super sturdy and the casters make it really great for garage storage. Didn't know that there were plastic inserts included for the shelves (so things don't slip through). What a nice surprise! We've generally put plywood down on other ones. Was great to set it up and load it up... Would highly recommend this unit! But don't buy them all, we may need a few more ;-)

Best shelves. I now have them in my basement, kitchen and garage. They are easy to assemble, hold an incredible amount of items and roll for easily for moving or cleaning. I also bought some for my kids school. They are filled with snacks and rolled down the hall to distribute. Also, I priced these at other sellers and Sam's Club has (by far) the best price and best quality.
