Opened box to a oil covered generator even though it was shipped with no oil. The oil filler cap was not installed. Spent the next Three hours washing and cleaning up. Can't say how it works yet. I will keep my fingers crossed on that.

I have no plans to run it , will place it back in box and keep for an emergency I trust Generac that is was already tested. I only need back up for my furnace and refrigerator.

Starts ez, compared to Honda this noticeably makes less noise, the power gauge, fuel gauge, and timer are very ez to see and understand, no guess work involved in when time fuel up or how long until empty. More options then honda.

Nice and quiet. Perfect back-up power for our camper when dry camping. We also have 12kw XP for our home and it has worked flawlessly for years. I highly recommend Generac products.

Even under full load its very quiet.Does not have a eco switch any more but doesnt seem to be a problem.Respondes very fast to load.Little heavy but manageable. Great quality and unlike alot of others parts are readily available.

We purchased the unit for an auxiliary power source while camping. It has been the most reliable and convenient unit we have ever used. The cost was great, the support is fantastic and the unit is exactly what we needed.

Started old generator and scared the neighbors. Bought the This generator and you can sit beside it and chat normally. Runs AC and everything in the RV.

Bought it in February. Unpacked it in October. Battery was connected (wasn't supposed to be) and there was oil in the motor (wasn't supposed to be any oil). Must have been a refurbed item. Battery is dead and is not covered by warranty.

Arrived as planned! Packaged was perfect! Added oil and gas first pull started right up? Load tested it after 1hour of running! I’m highly pleased! For the money you can’t beat this unit! Highly recommend. I bought the GP3300i
