I'm surprised how many people are complaining about the lids warping in the dishwasher. The description clearly states that the wooden lids are NOT dishwasher safe & must be handwashed. They're wood people. Please read before you buy.

My mom purchased these so I’m writing a review for her. We love them. I’m sorry, but I cannot beleive all of the really dumb reviews about the wood warping in the dishwasher. Everyone should know you can’t put any wood in the dishwasher. 🙄

If you read the HIGHLIGHTS section it CLEARLY says glasses are dishwasher safe . Lids are HANDWASH ONLY.

The cup is translucent, smooth and easy to clean, and the lid fits just right, not too tight or too loose. The capacity is large enough. It satisfies my daily water intake. By the way, the packaging in the cup set is really safe!

I read some reviews that said the lids warped in the dishwasher but that didn't worry me because I hand wash everything anyways...... So of course I hand washed these before use and the lids are warped after one regular hand wash..... even one that was only a little warped I left it on the cup for a while and it got even more warped...... All but one lid is warped but after seeing what has happened to the other lids it is obviously only a matter of time before this one becomes warped too. I rated this a two because the glass is great and thick! but these lids....... NO, WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The picture I have attached is of the lid that has warped even more after being on the cup, and yes it is pushed down as far as it will go.

I purchased 2 sets of these in pink, and my daughter immediately swiped two for herself and her hubby. They are so cute and functional. Heavy duty glass, nice sippy tops. The glass straws have silicone tips on the end to stop them from breaking when they hit the bottom of the glass. The only thing lacking is I don't see a way to re-order replacement straws, as they do break.

Great set. Glass straws do break easy, bur they are glass. The wood shouldnt really need to be washed if you are careful with the silicone cover. Soaking the lids at all even in hadwahing will warp them. Not so common sense apparently.
