Southwest Airlines $500 Email Delivery Gift Card

Card was sent to my email within minutes of purchase and worked on the first try. Awesome way to save a few bucks on a trip!

Ready for Takeoff!

Purchased online and was emailed gift card number 15 minutes later.  Used on Southwest website to book right away and went smoothly!  Highly recommend!

FABULOUS!

Unlike other airlines gift cards, Southwest's has a great deal of restrictions, like no refunds allowed whatsoever. Even if your flight is cancelled due to weather or Southwest's fault, they will not issue a refund to the gift card. Instead, they will only give flight credit expiring in 1 year that can't be transferred to another passenger. In addition, you do not get the DOT protections that you would get when paying with cash. For example, you can't refund within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, or be entitled to compensation for delays. If you bought any other airline's gift cards, you would not be subject to this many rules. So buyer beware.

Not recommended at all...

Just bought this online today. Came within 10 minutes via email. However, spent 15 minutes as others have mentioned trying to open. Would say bad link and page not working. Sent to my husband to try and it opened. I use Chrome and he used Firefox. Maybe they should mention this.

Difficult to Open for Codes

I've been planning my partner and I's elopement to Hawaii next year and have been researching how to save our money for experiences on the island and our wedding bands. 
I happened to check if Southwest gift cards were available and am so happy for this deal. I purchased 2 gift cards today  ($500 each) and received the email with the gift cards information 14 minutes after completing my purchase.
I was able to use the funds today on Southwest to book our roundtrip flights. Once selecting the flights, I added the gift card information to the section under "Apply Travel Funds, LUV Vouchers, and gift cards".
I am very pleased with how effortless the process was.

Sams gift card redemption website sucks

I wish I would've listened to the reviews. The gift card took longer than 48 hrs to arrive and I had to call to retrieve the gift card from Sam's Club. This is not great when you are watching fares and trying to book lowest fares which change daily. Once I finally received the gift card it had a balance of $5.07 instead of $500. Currently in the process of trying to resolve with Sam's Club. Buyer beware. UPDATE: After 4 hrs on the phone with Sam's Club telling me there is absolutely nothing they can do I am now out $500 while the card was fradulently used (per Southwest). The card was sent to me 3/29 while someone booked a flight with the gift card on 3/27. They advised me to dispute with my bank and were unwilling to do anything to resolve this issue. This has been an absolute nightmare and not worth the savings or risk.

Do not purchase!!!

I purchased two gift cards to book flights out of the country for my fiance and me for our Bach trips. The e-gift card arrived in my email in 45 minutes. It was easy to use and had zero issues. I paid less for the gift cards than I would've paid Southwest directly. We also have extra credit left over on the gift card for future use.
