Yuck

Delivered in crushed box with no packing protection. One bag was split wide open and chips were at bottom of box. The other bag was could truly be described as "chips" because there were barely any whole ones. Sent an email to complain along with pictures of the box and contents. No response.

Every time I order these online, they come in completely broken into tiny pieces. They're a family favorite, but my severely disabled daughter can't grab the small broken pieces. I won't be buying these from Sam's club again. I tried to say something last time, but I was told I'm the only person that ever complained. Poor customer service. Especially after it happened again.

I eat many other kinds of chips, but I still go back to these quite often. They are a true classic; and to be a classic, you know they must be delicious!!

The chips are just bare and sad-looking more often than not. What happened to the days of that robust nacho flavor on every chip? It's to the point that I have to buy salsa or cheese sauce along with my Doritos just to get some flavor. If that's what I wanted, I could just by plain tortilla chips. Stop skimping on the flavor!
