Salty, slightly acidic, and fresh, with a creamy texture. Used for gyros and salad. Would recommend. I prefer to cut feta than buy crumbled.

I wish my local club carried the blocks of feta. It is supper easy to crumble, but it is delicious when fried. It has to be cubes to be fried.

I love this feta cheese. I but it at Sam's at half the price and twice the amount. It's crumbly and perfect for salads.

I’ve always loved this brand of feta cheese and have been buying it from Sam’s for years. Recently, I noticed they changed the packaging and reduced the size, so we’re getting less cheese overall. While I don’t like the change, the quality is still great, and it remains my go-to choice.

Love President Feta and now it is in a twin pack which makes it last even longer. The feta has a great taste and is smooth. It crumbles nicely. The expiration date is always very reasonable. It is a super deal - very reasonably priced. This is one of the reasons I joined Sam’s Club.

Two pounds for this price is a good deal for some great tasting feta. To me, a salad is not complete without feta and croutons. Sealed and froze one pound and have been using the other on salads and lamb gyros. The feta with the tzatziki dressing makes for a burst of flavor.

If you need crumbles buy the chunk and make your own crumbles. I'm not a fan of something that looks like floor sweepings. Very affordable at Sam's while expensive at grocery stores. I enjoy it with a glaze of the Walmart brand of Creamy Caesar's salad dressing which actually has anchovies as an ingredient to compared to other brands. I also enjoy topped with pasta sauce.

In the pack like this, it's much closer to the German feta we always bought when we lived overseas. It's a smoother feta, not as dry. Makes a great Greek salad of course, or any salad for that matter. I may try it in lasagna which is what I did when we lived in Eurasia in place of ricotta.
