tires are bumpy when first ignition first turned on.  They are very stiff

These are okay.

I am very disappointed with the Michelin Defender 2.  The 4 tires are rated for 80,000 miles.  However, I am experiencing uneven wear (feathering) on al 4 tires at 12,000 miles.  I have documentation to prove I have been aligning my tires at Firestone since the tires were purchased new.  The shocks and struts are new on my vehicle.  However, I am experiencing noisy tires, and the roads feel bumpy all the time.

Poor Reliability

The desk lady was so nice! Love her Tammi if i am not wrong and the gentleman in the shop before left was great thank you for taking care of my care! I will be coming back for tire service! Everytime now!
