Beautiful ring

This ring loses multiple of the surrounding diamonds and refuses to return, replace or help in any way. First time was 2 weeks after the purchase, I had the reciept and box, but because I didnt have the white tag they refused to help. Second time was 2 years later... same thing. I argued the return policy and was told there was a secret return policy that specifically excluded jewelry. Dont buy from Sams.
