i bought a month ago and after 5 cooking it started not to warm up and eventually stopped completely and it would not turn on. the app that comes with is awfully bad because it has a lot of ingredients that you have to buy to make it and when food cooking is done you still need to add an extra time to make it done well. I recommend this cooker if you don't know how to cook basic food or if you are too lazy to cook like me. but if you have nice on nice pan and you know how to cook you don't need this machine . lastly, the customer service is not helpful at all.

So happy to be working with the smart cooker. First time working with a pressure cooker. Definitely a staple in the kitchen
