I bought my ring in April and it is now the end of July and I am obsessed with it. Battery life lasts for days. Helps me with my sleep and really tracks my body temperature so well. Definitely recommend love it!

The ring has provided helpful insights into my sleep, although I've noticed it doesn't always record my early morning awake time (seems to get lumped in with light sleep).

Battery died so quickly, not worth it. I could only use it for couple of months and then battery started dying and eventually ring stopped working. Has been bought end of December 2024
