Sagging is the future of this Matress

After 2 years, the Matress will sag in the middle making it uncomfortable. Will look for a matress with a pillow top on both sides so it can be flipped. Avoid serta.

Still not delivered and zero contact

Do not waste you time or money order through Sam's Club. I have been waiting over a month and they still have no idea where or when this will come.

Unhappy

We purchased this mattress about 6 months ago with box springs. The mattress was supposed to be firm and seemed fine for a while. Now it already has cupping where my husband and I lay. I DO NOT recommend this Serta UnPerfect Sleeper.

Mattress Feels Great So Far

It was delivered today and upon initial comfort and feel, it's great! It's also a beautiful mattress with the color and pattern. My last mattress lasted 8 years, so I'm hoping this one lasts longer with the medium firmness.

Very bad quality

Only have had this mattress for 3 months and already it is sinking on the area where I lay on every nite. So dissatisfied and disappointed . Very bad quality, can t recommend this to anyone

Serta perfect sleeper

We've only had this mattress for 2 months, and it's already sagging in certain spots. It's uncomfortable to the point of causing neck and back pain, and the sound of the "crunchy" springs is annoying as all get-out.

So far so good

We like the new mattress so far. We hope it lasts a good long time and retains its firmness. I do wish I would have ordered the firm mattress though. But this mattress isn’t too soft. I was just afraid the firm one would be too stiff, like laying on a board.
