Pillow top is cushiony and design looks really nice, but the CoolFeel fabric cover is only cool to touch, didn't feel like it helped myself or husband stay cool throughout the night. We tried a couple nights without any sheets and now we use a fitted sheet, still no difference. Pillow top has the cushion, yet it is still a bit firm, both of us appreciated that.

Me and my husband having been sleeping on this mattress for a little over a week now and we are just loving it so much. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is for Serta Delfino Night Queen mattress. Impressed by the overall quality. The mattress itself is thick, around 10.5 inches of mattress and around 2 inches of Pillow top. Perfect support for the back. It is more on the firmer side but the pillow top makes it up if you do not like firm mattress. It has been a week since setting up the mattress and I have enjoyed peaceful sleep for the whole week. My back does not complain on waking up and nor does it feel hot while sleeping (outside temperatures were around 90+ in Sacramento). Overall a good buy. I am using this mattress on a platform bed without a box spring.
