This mattress is Awesome!

If you like firm you'll like this mattress. It also gets hot and has a strong odor. I exchanged for the Members Mark Hotel one because I bought that one before and prefer it over this one.

We purchased this item a year ago and my husband and I are extremely pleased with the mattress. The firmness is exactly as described, the edges do not sag (as I noticed some reviews from other mattresses indicated), and it is so comfortable. It is well made and easy to set-up. Box it a little heavy but way lighter and easier to maneuver than a normal a mattress.

I had read the reviews about bad shipping from Sam's club and I ignored them. That's on me. TL;DR Don't order a bed from Sam's Here's my story. Sam's promised a bed delivery today. No bed showed up. I get on chat with a Sam's associate and they tell me the same thing the website said, "In progress." They said they would escalate it and couldn't promise a delivery date. I requested a refund. The associate refused and said it must be escalated before I get a refund. So, now I'm out a few hundred bucks and don't have a bed.

I did not notice any cooling effect from the mattress. The matress is on but definitely would not purchase again.

They sent 3 soft mattresses to me, and I've been dealing with this nightmare since may 3rd. I don't have a mattress and still no refund back to my account.

A good mattess

Ordered the Medium Firm mattress the end of March and received the Soft mattress June 3rd. Contacted Customer Service and was told that the soft mattress was mine to use until the medium firm became available which was expected to be August 28th. Contacted Customer Support today and the Medium Firm has been ordered and is being shipped. They wanted me to box up the one I have been using and take it to FedEx and I told them I had way to do that so someone is supposed to contact me about coming to get the used mattress and returning it to somewhere.
