Not great quality

I was very excited for this cardigan but was sorely disappointed with the quality. I wash everything before I wear and the pink cardigan did not wash well at all. I followed all washing instructions yet the cardigan is covered with fuzzballs....

I typically wear a medium but should have bought an XS. The arms are also very long but the ginger color was beautiful and the material was soft. Wish I could exchange but of course it's sold out now
