I purchased this item on September 23rd. It was supposed to be delivered on 10/5. When 10/5 at 2:30pm came around and there still was no delivery, I reached out to the delivery company. My first try I was hung up on. I tried the chat feature and was told that my delivery was cancelled because the delivery person was sick and I would need to reschedule. That's it. No apologies. I don't think this is the kind of service the Sam's Club or Serta would expect from their delivery people.

I bought this a couple weeks ago. I love the fact that when I switch sides to sleep I feel very little movement from the mattress.

Bought mattress for my daughter, and she loved it. Then my wife slept on it, and loved it. Next was my turn, and loved it.

Soft comfortable. Did not have option for warranty for my serta Monroe queen so had to pick a different one
