[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this ring for about 2 months now and love it. I am not usually super into this stuff, but the insights are unreal. I mostly wanted it to count my steps and help me with my sleep, but it does so much more like my stress levels, caffiene, and insights on my cycle. I also thought it would be uncomfortable but I barely notice it, and the only ring I wear is my wedding rings.

It is a constantly evolving product (from software side) and I’m not using all features yet. The sports are not always spot on for me. But it’s not the main selling proposition. So generally quite happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring back in May on a whim and now I am OBSESSED! I love to use it to track my sleep and learning overall how to have a better night of sleep. It is so light and holds a charge well! I only have to charge my ring every 3-4 days!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I love the Ring AIR. I received it as a Christmas gift from my husband and all the data output has been amazing; I love the tracking, all the types of data & insights, and the fact it replaces a handful of gadgets into a simplified app! Added bonus is the new additions coming all the time with fertility & cycle tracking, and how the insights play into my pregnancy with resting heart rate & sleep data. The only reason for a drop in the stars is because the battery life/capacity has greatly diminished in the months since I started using it (I received the ring in December, and have used it daily for the last seven months). While at first it lasted a few days at a time, now even in a lower "Chill" mode, I have to charge it multiple times per day to be sure I have enough battery power to track my sleep data overnight.

I bought my Ultra Human ring in April, and while I love all the insights and the look of it. I have two issues with is, the first is how easily it scratches. I always wear a silicone cover over it while lifting weights but even during everyday it gets more scratched each day. And second is the battery life, its advertised to last for 4-6 days but really it only lasts for 3 days. I have tried chill mode but still the advertisement does not align with its battery capabilities.

My partner bought his ring at roughly the same time and has had none of these issues so it’s definitely luck of the draw! I am a little disappointed with my ring on this basis, that it can be so expensive & still so unreliable. Buy with caution // a pinch of salt, for sure.
