I wear it everyday so there are a few scratches on the ring, but it’s not super noticeable. I love watching for new updates and can’t wait to see what else my Ultrahuman Ring is capable of.

- - : Autonomy / The sport activity apps could be more friendly and usefull. for example the "3 2 1" timer is really not necessary for me / the ring shape could be thiner + + : the ring make you think about yourself more frequently, it allows yourself to have a really good focus on simple things like sleep schedules or coffee time. Also, after a lung issue, the oxygenation % is reassuring even if not 100% accurate.

I was worried about battery life, but it's amazing...I can go a few days without charging and then ~45 minute charge gets it back to full battery. I also love that they're continuously making updates or adding new features!

One of the biggest improvements I’ve noticed is in my sleep—seeing my recovery and HRV scores every morning has made me much more intentional about winding down properly at night. I’ve also become more mindful of how my habits (like late-night scrolling or late meals) affect my sleep quality. What surprised me the most is how much it’s helped with focus and productivity. Knowing when I’m in an optimal state for deep work versus when I need to recharge has helped me avoid burnout and stay sharper throughout the day. Overall, I feel more in control of my body and mind. The data is not at all overwhelming and after awhile using it, I barely notice it on my finger anymore. One thing I do recommend is getting a silicone cover for it as mine has scratched a little bit from everyday use.
