Also to compare my activity trackers. Overall I’ve seen an improvement in my sleep patterns and can make adjustments when needed.

This has definitely been transformational for me because a lot of the patterns that my body portrayed are now finding logic because of the ring. I have changed my sleeping habits, eating time, etc. The only issue I feel right now is charging. I’m never able to charge it to 100% because the only time I take off the ring is in the morning for about 40-50 minutes before I’m ready to leave for work. Other than that it is GREAT!

I’ve had several wearables over the year, and I feel like this one provides the most amount of information. I’ve had a few little glitchy issues, but they were quickly resolved. I’d definitely purchase again.

Having the Ultrahuman ring is amazing because I can charge it during the day and sleep with it on to track my sleep. I recommend this ring to every person I meet. It is comfortable, accurate, and has so many amazing features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ultrahuman has been so helpful in helping me track my sleep. I have a seizure disorder that is impacted by sleep and stress. I like being able to see the sleep deficit and will try to build a nap into my day when I have one. It also holds me accountable when I skip workouts by telling me at the end of the week how much less active I was in comparison to the week before! It's been great and i recommend it to everyone interested in getting a ring.

I try and keep to my exercise regime during phase change periods and avoid caffeine and simulants during recommended periods. I can see results! Better sleep, improving VOMax2 and slowing ageing!

The app is really good and I understand the limitation of a ring as a fitness tracker so I hope it integrate other source like other smart watch that track heart rate during the day through the app. As I said due the limitation of small battery and being a ring compare to other ring the app is amazing and subscription-free, honestly it is a good step and sleep tracking device not a replacement for a watch, more like an adds-on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this as a Christmas gift, and so far it’s been pretty great! The battery life is typically 4-5 days. One of my only complaints is that I don’t think the heart rate monitor doesn’t seem to be very accurate. I’m sure the next iterations of this ring will improve on this. I appreciate that there is no monthly fee, as well.
