[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my ultra human ring for almost a year by now and for me it’s has been amazing because I have a chronic illness characterized by inflammatory crisis, my ring has been son accurate that by now I know when a crisis is coming because the ring notify me about increase in my temperature and inmune overload, this helps me prepare better for those next days.

It’s also really fun to look at the insight for my sleep and be able tot reflect how certain habits impact my sleep more than I thought. I use the ring to track sleep/recovery, menstruation, and workout activities. I love the sleek look of a ring rather than a bulky fitness watch. I chose this over the OURA ring because there isn’t a monthly fee to use the ring or track menstruation. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because the ring scratched somewhat easily in my opinion.

I really appreciate the sleep and period tracking insights. It definitely makes me feel more in tune with my body, which was the whole reason I wanted this ring to begin with! I do wish that the ring came with the specific charging block voltage that they recommend using. It really is imperative for charging that you use a low-voltage charger, which are kind of hard to find so I wish that they would include them. I feel like that would solve a lot of people's problems with their ringing battery.

It tracks my sleep amazingly and consistently and I am able to see where I can improve to be a better human. There was one time where I had a fever and it caught it early on with its temperature tracking. The menstrual tracking is also amazing and I love just being able to glance at it to see where I’m at in the month. Safe to say I’m obsessed and I even convinced my husband to get one!

I especially love the fact that they are constantly coming out with new features. I try to recommend to everyone that compliments my ring, I say that Ultrahuman is better than the oura ring especially because you won’t need a monthly subscription to track everything.

I also love the activity tracking aspect, but I which it was more specific on calories after you log a workout.
