Ordered tires and scheduled installation in advance only to be asked to reschedule less than two hours to the appointment or wait over 3 hrs. Agreed to wait only 3.5 hrs after to find tires were installed wrongly and no one to enquire from. Asymmetrical tread tires have inside and outside part. All the four tires were installed with inside part outside. See photoscan’t make this up; how big do they want the letters written? Or may be they had deli guy cover the tire shop? Not sure because the word inside is a simple alert I think and if one doesn’t know what it imply in this era one can easily ask Siri, google, chap gpt or you tube … or call tire manufacturer. I Can’t get how hard this is … anyway may be they hire anyone who know how to write word wrench not necessarily how wrench look like then they do 15 minutes orientation on how to hold it then get to work you are a pro! Right… how else… anyone in car business should know tires come symmetrical, asymmetrical or directional and what that means…
called to have this resolved after 51 minutes hold and talking with at least 3 rep got hanged up on; called again waited for 7 minutes only to be asked to leave details to be contacted later…. If this is how they do paid service… what about the free service they promise; how poor are they gonna do them?? For auto service look elsewhere the discount is not worth the headache, risk for safety of the vehicle and wastage of one’s precious time… the headache is not worth compared to wasted time. I can’t rate the tires at the moment as I haven’t used them and also can’t tell how quiet they will be until installation is done right .. again look elsewhere unless you are shopping for tires plus a lot of headache
