The item taste so bad and it doesn't taste like its flavor

These were ok - I didn't really like the flavor - but my husband likes them

Super hard, beyond crunchy. Feels stale. The flavor is like the smell of parmesan not the flavor.

They are aweful. The parmesan garlic do not taste good.
