Very crunchy, good protein, not enough flavor. If I didnot know these were nacho cheese I would not have be able to tell. Would be good if they had more flavor.

These cheese puffs taste like carboard. Leave a nasty after taste. Bottle is SMALL. Not a good value. Not a good substitute for cheese puffs. I'd rather do without.

These puffs are really good. They have a great flavor. The serving size is one cup and there are only 2 carbs and 21 grams of protein. They make a great snack.

A small amount is enough. I pack a half ounce baggie of BBQ Protein Puffs in my son’s lunch bag. He’s lifetime low carb and enjoys munching something crunchy with his sandwiches. He said “they’re OK” which equals 4 stars.

I'm going Keto and do not like pork rinds so thought I would try these for a snack. They are crunchy but don't hit the taste marker I was looking for. They are good for using for a breading for cooking.

I wanted something to munch on if I was low on protein at the end of the day. It feels like they tried to hide the original taste with a punch of flavor. Just not my cup of tea.

If these truly have more protein than conventional snacks, it's a good choice. However, it is a more pricey choice. They do have a good texture and flavor.

I love these protein puffs but it’s too bad that you can’t get them in the store. It’s not the products fault, though. They are 100%delicious and great for a healthy alternative to chips!

These are the best snack on the market! People often buy things they have no idea what they are buying. This is a high protein snack! Great for diabetics! No carbs! No sugar! These fly off the shelves and they are so hard to order. I have not ever seen them on a shelf anywhere! You can only order them! So please if you do not want them. Leave them! They will get bought out over and over again! Yes they are expensive. They have many flavors to choose from!

I purchased this product even after I read some of the reviews. My error. I usually can eat most anything when I'm hungry enough. I could hardly eat them. But since they cost me so much I will eat them anyway. I just won't purchase them again.
