When my wife brought her vehicle in to get new tires, she requested that they compare the spare tire to the other four tires that were getting pulled with the spare. If one of them was in better shape than the spare, she asked that it be swapped out. The technician she spoke with said no problem. When she checked out, a different technician was there and did not get any message to do the comparison. Except for tire rotations and any service needs, I probably won’t do business with this Sam’s tire center. We went to the service center on Miller Lane in Butler Township.
