I would not call these straight leg. They do have a slight taper and the bottom is not wide enough to fit over the back of the shoe and the tongue of the shoe so the bottom of the pant leg bunches.. I do like how the pants are stretchy. I think they would make great work pants for light duty work where you have to squat and kneel a lot. I do not like how the pocket on the side of the leg is so low. I was going to use it for my phone but it is very awkward while walking. It would be better for it to be up higher and to the front. The other pockets are made of a material that feels like velvet/flannel, just dont like it. I was considering keep these as pants to travel with since they are light and stretch but the tapered legs and the cell phone pocket are deal breakers

I'm a woman and I love these pants! Grabbed a pair for work without trying them on, and now I wear them all the time. I'm 5'7, long-legged, and it's so hard to find women's pants that are long enough. I bought 32x30 (not too many smaller waist options in the store) and they're huge in the waist so I have to wear a belt - I prob need more like 28 by 32 for a better fit - but nonetheless still very nice and lightweight for summer/work. Love the size options.

I have bought about 10 pair of these pants, they are wonderful. Lightweight and durable. The only complaint is that it is not easy to find my size. Seems like it must be the most popular. I recently lost weight, so I had to go down to a 36/30, and unfortunately they did not have all the colors available in that size. Otherwise I would have bought another 3 pair.

We need a 100 pairs of these! They are so durable! So comfortable, and when working in a restaurant and cleaning with power washer every night these keep your legs dry! Unfortunately, they never have 34/32 in stock! The only negative I have for this is they never have the size I need to buy in bulk in stock!

I've bought eight pairs of these now but the last two will be returned for a sizing issue. Overall these pants generally fit me great in 36x32 (I could go to 34x32 but I like some roominess) and are cool in the summer heat and yet very durable and comfortable. I had bought a black pair, a couple grey pair, and a couple khaki pair in 36x32 which all fit perfectly for me and were totally consistent in sizing. Then I saw the navy blue was back in stock online and ordered two of those. Without any doubt the navy ones marked as 36x32 that I got are at least one, if not two, sizes larger in the waist (more like a 38+ waist) , in the length (closer to a 34 than a 32 inseam) , and even have noticeably wider legs. I can compare them directly to the other ones by overlaying them and it isn't just my imagination. So unfortunately the blue ones I got are definitely not the same dimensions, or even close, to the other colors that are labeled the same size. The blue ones are way too big and will have to go back. If I had seen these in the store I might have avoided this. Hopefully this is just a fluke with the navy ones I got. I'm still giving these 5 stars. I don't know what the cause of the sizing issue with the blue ones is but hopefully it will be corrected and Sam's has an excellent return policy. All of the other non-blue ones that I bought in store or online have fit very well and been consistent in size. They are great warm weather pants that keep me cool. They are light and I think an excellent pants for their stated function of traveling. They are durable, easy to clean, and dry very quickly. Despite the sizing issue mentioned I just ordered some more (not navy) just to stock up before these go away like every other piece of clothing that I find that I really like.

These are not the same style of pants, the legs near the bottom are much wider then my 5 previous pairs I had. I have wore these pants 5 days a week, 8-10 hours a day for the last 3 years, and these news ones my wife purchased for me DO NOT fit remotely close to the same! Would be nice if they advertised this or made a Slim leg option!

I just returned from a trip to Ireland. These pants are perfect for travel. The stretch fabric, light weight and ease of keeping them clean is great. If you spill something, they clean up quickly with water and dry quickly. These are the perfect casual all around pants. The price is great too. I just ordered two more pair. These are the only pants I wear anymore. My jeans just sit in the closet because these are so much more comfortable.

I love these pants. I've got 3 pairs that I basically cycle through on a regular basis, to the point that they're starting to fade. My only complaint is that Sam's won't restock my size. I've been looking, practically daily, for them to be restocked, but nothing. I really hope that they aren't getting discontinued. If only Sam's knew how much I'd invest into more pairs.
