This is my second set of these the first set I also got at Sam's and used them for several years before a small amount of scratching began to appear. They say a lifetime warranty but don’t count on that everything is normal wear. Since I had used these for a while I decided I would just replace them with new ones thinking they would be as good as the first. Wrong they have scratches all over them in just a short amount of time and no metal has been used on them I would call the company but no since in wasting my time I just won’t buy this brand again. Seems to be a quality product. Better than the last ceramic pan I had. But not as good as regular non stick. The white interior color shows all kinds of discoloration and the lease scratch turns brown or black. My next pan will be back to regular black inside. Tramontina use to have good common sense products but now you have be be careful to buy that what makes sense.

I have purchased Tramontina products for a long time but have never had a product of this poor quality. Everything sticks to the pans and the handles are very hot unless you grab the very end of the handle. Will be returning them in the next few days.

I have used these pans for years and loved them for the price. This new model, when you are cooking, the heat transfers thru the handles, and I have burned myself a couple of times. Now, I have to use potholder when I handle them on the stove. Not convenient at all, the older ones didn't transfer the heat like these. Sucks, I will have to find another brand now. 👎🏼

Purchased this set at Sam"s Club about 8 months ago and it is ready for the trash can! I use the pans once or twice a week and they are all stained and are no longer "no stick"! I realize I am not an accomplished cook and only started doing the cooking after my wife became sick; however, I expected more from the pans. Perhaps my expectations were too high???

I’ve been using these pans for a few weeks now and I’m super impressed. They heat up quickly and evenly, and the nonstick surface works really well—eggs slide right off with no effort. I love that the set comes with three different sizes, which is perfect for everyday cooking. The handles are comfortable to hold, and cleanup is a breeze. For the price, you really can’t beat this set!

The weight, size, build of these pans seems very reasonable for their price point. They are even oven safe up to 400 degrees which was a nice bonus. The inside of the package mentions that the handles may get hot in some situations like in the oven or cooking over high heat or open flame. I have an old electric coil top stove and decided to try something simple for the first use. While cooking eggs on medium low (3.5 out of 9) the handles got so hot to the touch that I needed to get oven mitts. This was through the silicone handles (which are a stiff silicone, not soft and cushiony). I've used stainless steel pans with steel handles that transfer less heat to the handle than these did. They seem like fine pans if you don't mind cooking your eggs using an oven mitt, but I'll try something else.

I have had these pans for over a year, and I am ready to throw all but one in the trash. They discolored very quickly which is ok. The problem is how quickly they scratch I don't have metal spatulas and only use plastic and or silicone so I'm not quite sure why this happened. They are to the point t where they are not longer non-stick and need more oil than what I want to use. Presently I can't even use the smaller to pans to cook and egg because it's just too much of a headache.

My mom bought these a while ago. I loved hers and bought some for myself. However, my moms was copper all around and the new ones are white. So far they have been good but not as good as my moms. It stains easily and it's hard to make them look clean.

I recently bought a new set of these...been 3 yrs. The price was about the same but the qualilty...not... much lighter weight pan and non-stick is already coming off in less than 3 months...that is why I stopped purchasing before, had to upgrad annually. Too pricey for cheap pans every year.
