I bought these about a week ago and have used nearly every day. I've cooked eggs (fried and scrambled), bacon and sausage. Nothing has stuck. These pans are great! After reading reviews about issues, I researched online how to care for them since they didn't come with any care instructions. Here's what I found: 1. Wash a Ceramic Pan before the First Use 2. Use Only Safe Utensils (wooden, silicone, plastic or nylon spoons and spatulas) in Ceramic Nonstick Pans 3. Add a Small Amount of Oil or Butter or a non-stick spray. 4. Use Low to Medium Heat. Do not use with high heat. 5. Do not Plunge a Hot pan into Cold Water. This could warp the pan. 6. To avoid scratching, do not stack pans without a buffer inbetween.

I purchased this set in November and started using them in December. I have noticed that the handle gets quite hot during the stovetop cooking, even though it’s not over any part of the burner. A pot holder is necessary, even though the handles are silicone coated.

Saw these frying pans in an ad and ordered them a few days later. The first time I used the big frying pan I was amazed how even the potatoes browned and how fast they where done. The only thing I don't like is that they are not very high, can not make a big meal with lots of gravy or lots of stir-fry. Love the way they cook and very easy to clean.

I bought this set because I didn't want to have any Teflon coated pans. You DO need to read the directions and pre-prep these pans. You wash them first, dry and then coat with oil and heat up on low heat and let the oil sink in. If done correctly they work as well as any non-stick pan.

I purchased a set of these from Sam's club about a year or so ago and loved the pans and they were made in the USA. I purchased a second set for a family member who liked mine and was appalled to find out that this USA company now has these pans made in Brazil. They are also more cheap looking and the material that coats the inside of the pan is much more different now. With these being nothing like my previous ones, I'm opting to take these back and find something different.

Like other reviews, the white interior nonstick coating scratches when using nylon utensils. Cooked eggs and in just 3 days there were light scratches on the surface and 4th day one scratch was through to the metal. Worse, that chrome circle on the handle is right where your thumb goes when lifting the pan... It gets as HOT as the pan! Poor quality nonstick and poor design for the HOT spot on the handle. I so glad I bought these, the pans are a really good deal for the price, I look forward to enjoying them for a very long time. I am 79 years old and don't get to the stores to shop therefore was not sure about ordering these online however I trust Sam's Club to sell quality goods and I was right. Thank you, lOVE. mE

Love these pans. So tired of Teflon coated pans and these are an awesome replacement for them. They are really no stick. Don't use metal produces on them and I kept the small pieces of cardboard from the packaging to keep them separated in my cupboard. I would highly recommend these!!

I bought this less than a year ago and have not abused it. But, the nonstick is exactly what you'd expect for a lower priced set. After less than a year of light use, the nonstick no longer works. The middle of the pan is now very sticky to any food that gets cooked on it. I reached out to the company because this product says it has a Lifetime warranty, but their warranty doesn't cover this (or really anything). Not getting this set/brand again, and will be discouraging others from getting it when I see them in store.

I don't know what I was thinking when the first set I bought only lasted several weeks. But I liked it enough so I bought another set. Same thing. This set does not last long! I don't use anything hard on this. But the enamel peels off after several uses. Waste of money, buy another brand.
