Every night I mix this with 1/4 cup rolled oats and milk kefir. Then it is ready for breakfast in am. It tastes so good I wash my jar and make it again for lunch. So addictive I can’t stop. I want it for dinner but I’ve got to get my veggies somewhere.

Love having this available, it's a wonderful way to get my healthy omegas from natural, no sugar added sources. I blend this in my smoothies and works great. I'm going to try putting this in oatmeal and other recipes eventually.

Barlean's Organic Flax Chia Coconut Blend is a fantastic addition to our daily smoothies. Much better than plain flax or chia seed. The coconut gives the blend a kick. I have no issues when we can find the product. It was available at Sam's for over a year, but recently I have not been able to locate at Sam's online or in store. Of course Sam's had the best price for the blend so I would prefer to purchase it from Sam's.
